Meet Our Instructors!

Jane Weyer:

Jane has been a student of yoga for nearly 25 years.  Early on, she was drawn to the fact that yoga was a great compliment to her running.  However, she quickly learned that yoga had more to offer – benefiting not only the body, but also the mind and spirit.  She credits yoga helping her stay grounded and balanced while facing the demands of work and the many challenges life throws your way.

Jane completed Sue Parks yoga teacher training program in June 2022. She is trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasssa Flow, Slow/Lumar Flow, Yin and Restorative. She enjoys challenging students both physically and mentally – all while having fun!

Jerri Campbell:

Hello! I love to blend awareness with movement in novel ways. Often my yoga classes incorporate a hint of dance or even martial arts like qigong or tai chi. Smooth transitions are my focus as I am drawn to the creativity of designing graceful sequences and then setting those poses to music for an immersive experience. Outside of the studio, I’m likely to be running or biking in the woods, on the dance floor or paddling on a lake. Seeking out any adventure with flow.

Kelli Chop:

Kelli began studying how anatomy and movement effects daily life skills when receiving a degree in
occupational therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center. She has spent the majority of her OT career working in early intervention with children from birth to 3 years old along with their families.
After raising her own 3 children, she later began a regular vinyasa yoga practice. This led her to wanting to go deeper into understanding the meaning of yoga beyond the physical practice. She completed her RYT 200 to become a certified yoga teacher. During this training is where she was first introduced to Ashtanga yoga. This is when Ashtanga found Kelli and it became her regular practice. She went on to complete her RYT 300 at Maya Yoga with an emphasis in Ashtanga. Kelli now holds a RYT 500. She continues to have a regular Mysore practice and enjoys breathwork and  meditation. She has received training in Vipassana meditation via their 10-day course.
Kelli has much gratitude and respect for the lineage of Ashtanga and all those that have passed down this beautiful practice. She wants her students to respect their body while also moving beyond the limits of their mind. She aims to instill breathing techniques that can assist to provide calmness and focus both on and off the mat.

Sue Park:

The fascination with the human body and spirit has been Sue’s lifelong pursuit.  After spending many years in various athletic endeavors and martial arts, she was introduced to yoga in 1998 which gave her the balance she needed.  As an educator, Sue leads yoga teacher training at the 200 and 300 hour levels to help students to deepen their practice and self-knowledge.  She provides private sessions in Thai Yoga bodywork, private or small group sessions with all experience levels, workshops, corporate yoga, yoga retreats, and special events.  She loves working with students one-on-one and with her years of experience, she is able to tailor each session to each student’s needs.  Her teaching style is creative and playful while mindfully guiding her students to reach their fullest potential and meet them where they are.

Amy Williams:

I began practicing yoga in 2009 during a grieving process.  I completed yoga teacher training in 2019 as a way to broaden my knowledge base.  My favorite types of yoga are Ashtanga and Yin.  I enjoy the meditative space, strength and flexibility find on my mat. Off the mat, I enjoy mountain biking, SUP, hiking, and spending time in nature.  I am a passionate, patient teacher with a creative flair and encourage students to tap into their strengths in both mind and body.

Suzanne Carlon:

Making a change in her career halfway through her life, Suzanne entered the Fitness and Health Industry and new it was the right path to take.  Being very active and having the background in health and wellness seemed to go hand in hand to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, PEAK Pilates Certified Instructor and also a Precision Nutrition Coach.  These trainings have allowed her to provide a unique approach and the ability to access the needs of the clients and to help them achieve their personal goals, peak performance and to enjoy life.  Let GoDo.Fit inspire all to find what program works and  go out and GODO!

Maria Arvanitakis:

Yoga has been a part of my life for over ten years and I find that yoga has a way of adapting to give you what you need most in the moment. After acquiring a spinal cord injury in 2014, I reconnected with yoga in a new way- and with what felt like a new body.  My injury helped my practice be more centered around breath and mindfulness. Now I come to my mat for my mind over my body. I love to offer modifications throughout class to make every posture feel accessible. As long as you breathe with intention, then you can practice yoga! You are more than your body and this practice will help you realize that.
