Sue Parks's Bio

Fascination with the human body and its spirit has been Sue’s lifelong pursuit. After spending many years in various athletic endeavors and martial arts, she was introduced to yoga in 1998. As an educator, Sue leads yoga teacher training at the 200- and 300-hour levels to train teachers to deepen their yoga practice and self-knowledge. She provides private sessions in Thai Yoga bodywork, private or small group sessions with all experience levels, workshops, corporate yoga, yoga retreats, and special events.

“I appreciate working with students even one-on-one to tailor each session to each student’s needs. My teaching style is creative and playful while mindfully guiding everyone to reach their fullest potential and meet them where they are.”
