Jay Farais's Bio
Jay carefully crafts his classes with message, movement, and music to create a holistically cathartic experience. He is incorporating pranayama (breath work), Ashtanga, and Vinyasa principles and wants to share his knowledge and understanding. Jay is a lifelong mover and has been practicing yoga for 10 years. Outside of the studio, he likes to rock climb, mountain bike, dance, travel, read philosophy, play board games, and spend time with his son and partner.
